Useful information for your stay and vacation in Vienna

booking

Any booking can be made directly through the portal or by e-mail. All prices include all taxes and charges. Depending on the apartment, a cleaning fee may be charged additionally. You will receive this information during the booking, but before you have completed the reservation. Short after your booking and if the prepayment was done, you get a booking confirmation per e-mail, with all further information you need for a comfortable stay in our Flatprovider apartment.

payment

To ensure a smooth booking process, please note that for certain apartments, a deposit is required, while for others, the full booking amount must be settled 14 days prior to your arrival. You can find detailed information in the apartment descriptions or contact the accommodation provider directly for clarification. If you opt to make the payment via credit card, please be aware that a 3DS security verification is mandatory for your card. The 3-D Secure process has been enforced in the European Union since January 1, 2021, aiming to enhance the security of online credit card transactions.

cancellation

Circumstances can change, so we also understand a cancellation, but also ask for your understanding of the following cancellation policy:

Up to 14 days (thus on the 15th day) before their booked arrival date, free of charge,
from 14 days before your arrival date or in case of no arrival (no show) 100% of your booking price.

Depending on accommodation, booking date and booking platform, cancellation conditions may vary.

arrival

Please let us know your planned arrival time by e-mail or at short notice by SMS or WhatsApp (+43 650 565 1 565). (Important for check-in, as the apartments do not have a reception).
Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00, or by appointment. Payment usually takes place before arrival by credit card of the booking person (apartment price plus final cleaning). Please also prepare an official photo ID to establish your identity.
In case of self-check-in you will receive a link by e-mail before arrival, via this link a guest registration is to be done online. Finally you will receive some information about the apartment and the surroundings.

state of emergency

In the event of exceptional circumstances, a pandemic, or other disaster, we will inform you as soon as possible in accordance with legal requirements by email, WhatsApp, text message, or phone call. If we have not received any contact details from you or have received incorrect contact details, please contact us to obtain information about your booking or general information about current travel conditions.

departure

Check-out till 10:00, please put the apartment key on the dining table in the apartment and deliberately close the apartment entrance door.
In case more happens than just a broken drinking glass: Basically, if there is any damage to or in the apartment, we ask you to notify us by e-mail. You can thereby significantly reduce the cost and effort to settle the claim.

In all our apartments, smoking is strictly prohibited, pets are not allowed, and bicycles must not be stored inside the apartment.

Failure to comply with the no-smoking and/or no-pets policy will result in a special cleaning fee, along with administrative charges, amounting to a minimum of 290.- Euro. If bicycles are found stored in the apartment, causing tire marks on the walls, we kindly ask for understanding that additional painting expenses will be billed in such cases. Non-compliance may also lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement, necessitating the evacuation of the apartment.

Upon your arrival, you’ll discover an informative document in your lodging detailing Wi-Fi information, available shopping choices, and a local area map. Our team is at your disposal to address any inquiries daily from 08:00 to 20:00.

PARKEN IN WIEN

In all districts of Vienna, parking on public property is subject to charges at certain times.

Currently, one hour costs 2.50 euros, and there is also a maximum parking time. In any case, the Flatprovider team recommends parking the vehicle in a garage near your accommodation and to carry out all undertakings only by public transport. Basically, there are the following chargeable periods:

In all districts of Vienna (1 to 23):
Monday to Friday from 9am – 10pm,
Maximum parking duration 2 hours

Except public holidays!

Please also pay attention to street signs with the inscription Anrainer – Zone, there generally parking is only allowed for residents, also on Saturday and Sunday, or the inscription Ladezone (loading or delivery zone), there you have to consider the parking regulations for this area.
